Our programming is done in the following applications:
The early days of PLC programming was a pretty staight forward affair. You had a series of inputs and output which you connected together in your program using timers and logical controls.
Things have changed quite a bit over the last few years. PLC's have become much more powerful and can easily be networked. The programming has also changed, with a lot more mathamatics involved as well as function blocks to reduce duplicating software.
We can help with the best of both worlds. We can let the PLC do the control functions and also interface a software solution for the connection to your systems. Knowing we can do this allows us to find the best outcome for your company.
The purpose of a HMI is so the user can interact with the PLC. It is programmed often by the same software package as the PLC, but not always. With remote access we are able to modify the PLC software and HMI screen remotely for our clients.
